Reservations
The day your reservation is made, the first night is charged to your credit card as an Advanced Payment to guarantee your reservation. All reservations are confirmed via email. If your
travel plans change, you may move your reservation, at no additional
charge, to a later date as long as it is done with a minimum 7 day
notice.
Cancellations
Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund
of your Advanced Payment less a $20.00 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven
(7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand
that we musk ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
We will do our best to resell your room(s) and if we can resell
it, a refund will be made less a $50.00 Penalty Fee. Cancellations are not accepted by fax or email and are not confirmed until you have received a cancellation confirmation number.
Additional
guests in a room
All reservations
are for one or two people in a room. Each additional person in a
room over the age of 12 will be charged $15.00 per night. Rollaway beds, if available, will be charged at $15.00 per night. There is no charge for the use of a sleeper couch.
Late
Arrivals
The Front
Desk is open from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive
after 9:00 pm, please advise the Front Desk so we can make proper
arrangements.
Group
Reservations
We welcome
wedding groups, family reunions and small corporate retreats. Reservations
for groups that require 3 or more rooms must be made directly with
the innkeeper. Please call us at 888-688-4404.
Two Night Minimum Stay
While
we do require a two night minimum stay on most weekends, we are sometimes able to accommodate
shorter stays based on the current reservation status. Please call
us for availability.
